Supply Chain Assessments
At Ci-Advisory we believe that successful organisational change comes from all stakeholders having the same picture of the gaps and opportunities that are present in their organisation. In the Supply Chain space, we use a series of expert led and self-assessments to clearly outline the current situation and point to what best practice might look like. This enables the organisation to engage with those involved to implement the necessary change. This might be in a defined area within the organisation or a supply chain wide initiative. In the latter case utilising well founded collaboration techniques with external stakeholders will ease the challenge of getting things done. The output from the assessments not only provide the picture of the current state they also allow the prioritisation of actions so that the most important gaps are addressed first. The assessments can also be re-run after the changes have been bedded down to confirm that the improvements have delivered the expected outcomes.
Supply Chain Risk Management
In addition to the assessments focused on organisational change Ci-Advisory has also developed Risk Management assessment and countermeasure processes and tools that are compliant with the ISO31000 series of standards. These tools not only allow organisations to identify the most critical risks that they might face in their supply chains but also shows the impact of counter-measures that might be implemented on the risk scores.
